About this programme
## Building Character. Shaping Men. Preparing for Life.
Growing into a man is not simply about getting older.
It is about learning to take responsibility for yourself, developing the discipline to do what is right even when it is difficult, discovering your strengths, managing your emotions and choices, respecting others, and beginning to understand the kind of man you want to become.
The Boys' Mentorship Camp is a three-day residential mentorship experience for young men aged 16 to 21 years, bringing together guided conversations, practical activities, mentorship, reflection, teamwork and purposeful interaction.
The camp is designed to help participants think seriously about the transition from boyhood towards responsible manhood.
### What kind of man are you becoming?
The camp creates a space where young men can ask important questions about themselves and their futures.
What does it mean to be a gentleman?
What does responsibility look like?
How do you develop self-control?
How do you build habits that strengthen rather than weaken you?
How do you handle pressure, failure, temptation and difficult decisions?
What kind of career could you build?
Could you become an entrepreneur?
What values will guide your decisions?
And perhaps most importantly:
What kind of man do you want to become?
### A practical mentorship experience
This is not simply a classroom programme.
Participants will learn through mentorship conversations, practical challenges, group discussions, reflection, teamwork, exercises and real-life examples.
The camp will encourage participants to examine their mindset, behaviour, habits and ambitions while learning practical principles that they can take back into their everyday lives.
### Building the gentleman
The experience introduces participants to the values and behaviours associated with becoming a gentleman — respect, courtesy, responsibility, integrity, self-control, consideration for others, personal presentation and the ability to conduct oneself with dignity.
### Building the man
Participants will also explore the deeper foundations of responsible manhood:
- Character
- Responsibility
- Courage
- Discipline
- Integrity
- Emotional maturity
- Self-respect
- Respect for others
- Accountability
- Service
- Purpose
### Preparing for the future
The camp goes beyond character development.
Participants will begin exploring career possibilities, personal strengths, work ethic, entrepreneurship, financial thinking, goal setting and the habits required to build a meaningful future.
### A limited experience
Only 30 places are available for this camp.
The limited size is intentional. It allows for meaningful interaction, closer mentorship, active participation and a stronger sense of community among participants.
This is an invitation to take your growth seriously.
Come ready to think, learn, participate, reflect and begin building the man you want to become.
