About this programme
The Boys’ Mentorship & Growth Day gives boys aged 12–15 a full day to discover their strengths, practise confidence and explore positive choices. Through sports, board games, creative challenges and guided conversations, participants learn by doing, with opportunities to speak, listen, solve problems, cooperate and contribute.
The programme connects respect, responsibility and self-control with everyday experiences. Age-appropriate discussions explore friendships, peer pressure, bullying, personal boundaries, online behaviour and seeking support from trusted adults. Activities accommodate different personalities and encourage curiosity, effort and participation.
Active challenges, quieter tasks and reflection keep the day varied and purposeful. Meals, snacks and refreshments are included, with breaks throughout the programme.
Before leaving, each participant will identify simple habits and actions to practise at home or school, providing a practical starting point for continued growth.
Come curious. Join in. Discover what you can grow into.
